WHAT TO EXPECT
It is a privilege to have you worship with us. We hope your faith will be strengthened and your interest in God’s Word will grow as a result of your time with us. Our ministry focus is simple. We aim to know God and grow spiritually. We do this through practical Bible teaching, contemporary worship and creating a host of opportunities for significant and supportive relationships. Building disciples in a healthy church environment is our mission – we invite you to join us. We want you to feel comfortable when you visit us so below are some questions that you may have as you plan your visit. Don’t hesitate to contact us!
What Does A Typical Service Look Like?
All of our worship services have a casual and informal atmosphere. Worship at our campus is upbeat and contemporary, led by a worship band. Our services last about 70 minutes where we worship together, pray together, and then we hear the word of God from one of our pastors. At our services we provide a nursery for your infants, a children's program for your children, as well as programming for middle and high school students.
What Are The Service Times?
We invite you to join us for our Sunday service online or onsite at 10am! You can pick the one that works best for you!
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are. We are a casual church. You will find a range of dress styles from jeans and t-shirts, to shorts and flip-flops, to an occasional sports jacket. So come dressed however you are comfortable and you will fit right in!
Should I Bring a Bible?
If you own a Bible you are more than welcome to bring it. Our pastors don’t preach sermons as much as they simply teach the Bible. They will refer to it often – and even encourage you to mark it up as your life-textbook. If you don’t have one, just ask us, we have plenty set aside that we will give to you for free.
Where Do My Children Go?
We have children’s and youth programs available every weekend. All volunteers go through background checks and receive excellent training. To find the appropriate classroom for your children head over to the Baycities Kids building and someone will be there to help you. Our team of dedicated volunteers will escort you and your children to the right place.
Will I Be Asked To Do Anything If I Visit?
Nope! It’s a “free look”. Promise. Being honest, we do ask you to fill out a contact card and, if you do, we will follow up with you. And I hope you do. I love seeing who God brought to us as visitors. I love meeting visitors. But, even if you fill out a card, we allow you to tell us how you want to be contacted. Phone, email, social media, or visit – or none – you tell us. We won’t put any unfair pressure on you to ever come again, also please do not feel like you need to give! Being transparent, we want you to come back week after week! You are welcome and needed in our church, and we know our church will help you live your best life possible!
